Privacy Policy
The short version
- The numbers you type into our calculators stay in your browser. They aren't sent to us or stored.
- We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't sell lists of visitors.
- We show ads from Google and its partners, which use cookies. You can opt out of personalized ads.
Calculator inputs
Our calculators run entirely in your web browser. Wages, dates, and other figures you enter are processed on your device and aren't transmitted to our server.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server and our network provider receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the time. We use it to run and secure the site. Our server logs are kept for up to 14 days.
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare processes connection data to block attacks and speed up delivery. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, through a consent message.
Children
This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to fix any problem you report. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
