Our workers' comp calculators estimate benefits using published formulas and rates. Your official benefit is calculated by your claims administrator, insurance carrier, or the government agency handling your claim, and may differ.

Deadlines

Our filing deadline tools show general statutes of limitations. Exceptions, such as rules for minors, delayed discovery, claims against government entities, and how weekends and holidays are counted, can change the exact date. Missing a deadline can end your claim. If a deadline is close, contact a lawyer immediately rather than relying on this site.

Accuracy
