He started the site because the information people need after an injury is public but hard to use: rate tables buried in agency notices, deadlines spread across different codes, and numbers that change every year. His work is turning those sources into tools that give a clear answer, with the source one click away.
Ray is not a lawyer, and nothing on this site is legal advice. When a state changes its numbers, he updates the affected pages and their verification dates.
